LIME assists AG Real Estate, subsidiary of AG Insurance, in the sale of all the shares of Agridec SA, subsidiary of AG Insurance, owning a property in the Woluwe Shopping Center (Brussels), to the Belgian specialized real estate investment fund (FIIS/GVBF) Eurocommercial Properties Belgium NV, subsidiary of the Dutch listed company Eurocommercial Properties N.V.
