LIME welcomes Hervé Jacquemin as Of Counsel as a key element in the development of LIME's digital-related corporate activities.

Hervé is a professor at the University of Namur and a lawyer specialized in digital law in the corporate field, with a particular focus on IT contracts, data protection, market practices and e-commerce (including eInvoicing, eMarketing and ePayment aspects).

He is also director of the CRIDS/NADI, Research Centre in Information, Law and Society and author of numerous publications in the digital field.
