Between 25 April 2019 and 28 April 2019, LIME hosted an exhibition organized by [Senne] and Stuk curator Karen Verschooren on new media artworks of women artists of international renown which play with, question, criticise the ways in which their personae are being seen and heard in the digital and physical world.

LIME assists the Union Professionnelle du Secteur Immobilier/Beroepsverenining van de Vastgoedsector (UPSI/BVS) for the amendment to the Law of 19 April 2014 on alternative investment funds (AIFs) and their managers, enabling joint ventures and club deals not qualifying as alternative investment funds (AIFs) to opt for the Specialized Real Estate Investment Fund status (FIIS/GVBF).

LIME assisted Lab Box and Poppy Mobility in concluding an agreement with Zipcar, whose vehicles will be replaced, from summer 2019, by Poppy red cars, a brand already developed in Antwerp.

Thierry Tilquin et Kevin Alfers contributed to the last issue of the « TRV-RPS : Revue pratique des sociétés - Tijdschrift voor Rechtspersoon en Vennootschap » (2019/1) through analyzing in light of recent case law, the transfer of a company's liability in the context of restructuring operations.

LIME helped Lab Box, a subsidiary of D'Ieteren, to launch and set up Lizy, a second-hand car leasing platform project for professionals and in particular SMEs through flexible leasing contracts.

LIME assists AG Real Estate, subsidiary of AG Insurance, for the negotiation and signing of an agreement relating to the contribution by AG Insurance of its property in the Woluwe Shopping Center (Brussels) to the Belgian specialized real estate investment fund (FIIS/GVBF) Eurocommercial Properties Belgium NV, subsidiary of the Dutch listed company Eurocommercial Properties N.V., and in the structuring of the partnership between AG Insurance and Eurocommercial.

LIME assists the French listed company Galimmo SCA, dedicated to retail real estate investments, for the Belgian part of the financing of the acquisition of a commercial complex in Creil (France).
