Thierry Tilquin specializes in corporate law, financial law, corporate governance, and corporate real estate.

Thierry specializes in corporate law (for private, listed and public sector companies) and financial law.

He frequently advises clients in corporate and group structuring or reorganizations, M&A transactions, conception and implementation of a governance framework, optimization of relationships between shareholders, as well as corporate real estate operations, structuring of funds and private investment vehicles.

He has a strong expertise in high profile transactions in the real estate sector and real estate structures, and investments and disinvestments by public entities.

He is the author of numerous publications in the field of company and financial law and, notably, a treatise on mergers and demergers, a treatise on companies, and monographies on the regulation of REITs (2013) and of the SIR (2014).

He has been lecturer at the Executive Master in Tax Management at the Solvay Business School of Economics and Management (ULB) (1998-2018).

Thierry holds an Economics Degree, a Law Degree, and an Economic Law Degree from the University of Brussels (ULB). He works in French, English and Dutch.

After almost twenty-five years in major law firms, he founded LIME in January 2018 together with Julie-Anne Delcorde and Thérèse Loffet.
